For 2021, this midsize crossover is an extension of the generation that was established several years ago. While it is similar to the 2020 version in most areas, it does have one crucial difference. The 2021 Grand Cherokee Limited has a limited-edition option. Specifically, the 80th Anniversary Edition comes with all of the Limited trim level’s features, and it adds on unique designs and badging for a standout look. All other aspects of the 2021 Grand Cherokee are identical to the 2020 version throughout the full trim line.
The lower trim levels are the Laredo, the Limited, and the Trailhawk. These are followed by the Overland, the Summit, the SRT, and the Trackhawk. The same powertrains are available in these trims for 2020 and 2021. Lower-level trims have a 3.6-liter V6 gas engine that produces 295 horsepower. Mid-level trims come with either a V8, 6.4-liter, 470-horsepower engine or a 5.7-liter V8 engine that produces 360 horsepower. The most powerful engine available is the supercharged V8 gas engine, and it puts off 707 horsepower. Most trims are offered with your choice of rear-wheel or four-wheel drive. However, the Trailhawk and SRT trims have all-wheel drive as a standard feature.
As a top model in the Jeep lineup, the Grand Cherokee is outfitted with the premium features that you want your next SUV to have. Lower-level trims come with rear parking sensors, a blind-spot monitor, a keyless ignition, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and other equipment. Suppose you bump up to a higher trim level.
